🍻 Member Bar Discounts

One of the biggest perks of membership is access to heavily discounted bar prices. Members typically save around £1 per pint compared to non-members. Whether you're a regular or just pop in occasionally, it doesn’t take long for your membership to pay for itself through bar savings alone.


πŸ—“οΈ Membership Cycle

Starting from April 2025, we’ve moved to a fixed annual membership cycle that runs from April to March each year.

This replaces the previous rolling 12-month model.


πŸ’³ Membership Options & Fees

Following approval at the April 2025 AGM, the annual membership fees are:

  • Household Membership (2 named adults): £50
  • Single Membership: £40


Renewals are charged at the full annual rate, regardless of when they are actioned. Pro rata rates apply only to new members joining after June. For more information, please contact the club.


πŸ“Έ Membership Cards & Profiles

As part of our updated EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) system:

  • Members will be issued a new membership card, available for collection from behind the bar.
  • A photo will be taken at the point of collection to link your card to your personal profile.
  • Bar staff are instructed to serve only verified members whose photo is on file.


Only one profile is created for a Single Membership. If both you and your partner attend the club—even occasionally—we strongly encourage choosing a Household Membership, so each individual has their own card and profile.


🚫 Card Sharing Policy

Please do not share your membership card with non-members. Doing so may result in your membership being revoked. Encourage friends and family to join so they too can enjoy the benefits — and support the club's continued improvement.


🧾 How to Join

  1. Complete our online membership form – it takes just 2 minutes.
  2. Follow the payment link at the end of the form to activate your membership.
    (Your membership is         not complete until payment is received.)
  3. Collect your card from the bar and have your photo taken for your member profile.
