🧾 How to Join

Joining Woodhouses Cricket Club is quick and easy:


  1. Complete our online membership form – it takes just 2 minutes.
  2. Choose your preferred payment method:
  3. Pay online using the payment link provided at the end of the form, or
  4. Pay in person at the bar.
  5. Once payment has been received, your membership will be activated.
  6. Download the Woodhouses Cricket Club App to access your membership QR code, or request a physical membership card from behind the bar.

🍻 Member Bar Discounts

One of the biggest perks of membership is access to heavily discounted bar prices. Members typically save around £1 per pint compared to non-members. Whether you're a regular or just pop in occasionally, it doesn’t take long for your membership to pay for itself through bar savings alone.


🗓️ Membership Cycle

Starting from April 2025, we’ve moved to a fixed annual membership cycle that runs from April to March each year.

This replaces the previous rolling 12-month model.


💳 Membership Options & Fees

Following approval at the April 2025 AGM, the annual membership fees are:

  • Household Membership (2 named adults): £50
  • Single Membership: £40


Renewals are charged at the full annual rate, regardless of when they are actioned. Pro rata rates apply only to new members joining after June. For more information, please contact the club.


📸 Membership Cards & Profiles

As part of our updated EPOS (Electronic Point of Sale) and loyalty system, every member is provided with their own unique membership profile.


The easiest way to access your membership benefits is through the Woodhouses Cricket Club App, available free on both Apple and Android devices. Once logged in, you'll be able to access your personal membership QR code, which can be scanned at the bar to receive member pricing and record purchases against your account.


Benefits of using the app include:

• Access your personal membership QR code

• View your membership account and balances

• Keep up to date with club news, fixtures and events

• Access member-only benefits and promotions


For members who prefer a physical card, membership cards are available from behind the bar. If you have not yet received a card, please ask a member of the bar team.

Please note:

• A valid Membership Card or Membership QR Code must be presented to receive member discounts.

• Replacement cards for lost or damaged cards are available for £5.

• Membership cards remain the property of Woodhouses Cricket Club and must not be shared with others.


To help protect membership benefits and ensure discounts are applied correctly, bar staff may ask members to confirm their identity where necessary.


Only one profile is created for a Single Membership. If both you and your partner regularly attend the club, we strongly recommend a Household Membership so that each individual has their own membership profile and QR code.


🚫 Card Sharing Policy

Your Membership Card and Membership QR Code are personal to you and must not be shared with non-members.


Membership discounts and member benefits are intended exclusively for active Woodhouses Cricket Club members. Sharing your card, QR code or account details with others may result in discounts being withdrawn and could lead to membership privileges being suspended or revoked.


If your friends or family regularly visit the club, we encourage them to become members and enjoy the benefits for themselves while supporting the continued development of Woodhouses Cricket Club.

All members are asked to familiarise themselves with our Club Code of Conduct, which can be found:

  • Under “Club Documents” on our website
  • On the notice board inside the club
